  • Youth Sports, Athletics & Mentoring

    This program offers weekly sports activities—such as basketball and soccer—alongside youth mentoring to foster personal growth and community engagement. Led by MAYF’s experienced and dedicated staff, the program integrates best-practice strategies for youth development and safety. Through a dynamic mix of athletics, workshops, and educational activities, MAYF organizes sports events, competitions, seminars, lectures, and trainings that promote positive behaviors, emotional resilience, and leadership among youth.

    This cross-sectoral program is designed to bridge the gap between underserved communities and essential government, social, and legal resources. Many immigrant, refugee, and low-income families face barriers to accessing critical services due to language, cultural differences, or lack of awareness.   • Social Justice

    This Program is dedicated to advocating for equity, inclusivity, and empowerment for marginalized communities. Rooted in the principles of justice, fairness, and collective responsibility, the program works to address systemic inequities while fostering civic engagement, advocacy, and community-led solutions. Through education, partnerships, and grassroots activism, MAYF strives to uplift historically underserved populations.

    This program aims to address environmental disparities impacting underserved BIPOC communities. Activities include advocacy efforts to influence environmental policies, and training on climate resilience and disaster preparedness. The program works to create equitable climate solutions, reduce the environmental burden on marginalized populations, and empower communities to drive sustainable change.

    The Drug and Violence Prevention Program focuses on educating the community, raising awareness, and providing proactive programming to reduce the risks of substance abuse and violence.
